Keys points:

  • Happiness is a state of mind when you feel pleasant most of the time.
  • It is proven to have positive effects on your body and mind.
  • Not to be confused with addiction.
  • The world around you will not always be something you can be happy about.
  • But the world outside can not directly affect your internal state (happiness).
  • You can configure your attitude and opinions to stay happy despite failures and negative situations.
  • Happy thoughts and memories are used by many people to go through and succeed in not-so-supportive sitations.

This was my third post with mind maps.

This is the first time I tried a tool to create the map and it was more time consuming than hand-drawn maps.
